At Tekeurope we have over 18 years experience diagnosing and repairing laptop and desktop PCs. Our knowledgeable Engineering team can perform a wide range of services from component level repair to PC upgrades and builds in our dedicated workshop facility at our site in Newton Abbot, South Devon.
How it works
- Fill out the form below with as much information as you can about the machine and the fault/work required.
- We will try to get back to you by the end of the next working day with a provisional quote. If we cannot determine the fault from the information given an assessment will be required.
- You drop off or send the machine to us for assessment. All assessments are free but if return shipping is required and no work is going ahead there is a £10 return shipping fee.
- The work is carried out and we will contact you when it is complete. The machine can either be collected or shipped back on a tracked courier service, this is included at no additional cost.

Data Loss
Whilst every care is taken to prevent data loss during the process of assessment and repair it is strongly recommended you back up any important data prior to sending your machine for repair. Please refer to our data loss disclaimer, which will need to be agreed upon before any work can take place.
Warranty
All repairs and upgrades come with a 6 month warranty. All new PC builds are guaranteed for one year.
